VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL - SUMMER 2005
SERENGETI TREK
August 1 – 5, 2005 9 a.m. – 12 noon
Mark your calendars for this summer’s Vacation Bible School ~ Serengeti Trek. Serengeti Trek is a program designed for children age 3 through grade 6 (completed). The trek will go from August 1 – 5, 9:00 a.m. to noon. Registration will begin soon. Please contact Mary Rosalez (463-3923) or Carrie Cubberley (466-0302) with questions or if you are interested in volunteering in any capacity for what is sure to be an amazing adventure!
Serengeti Trek VBS!
We need YOU! We are still in need of Safari Crew Leaders (anyone 14
years of age and older). A crew leader leads a small group of four
children from station to station, prays with the children, and
mentors the children from day to day during the week. We are also
still looking for someone to head up the Wild Games (recreation) and
the nursery (to provide care for volunteers' children too young to
attend Bible School). Please, contact Carrie Cubberley or Mary
Rosalez if you can fill any of these roles!
VBS Station Leader and Crew Leader Training!
There will be a training (and brainstorming!) session for Station
Leaders on Tuesday, July 5 at 7:00 in the parlor. There will be a
training session for all Crew Leaders and their assistants on
Thursday, July 7 at 7:00 in the parlor. Mark your calendars so you
can get prepared for our Wild VBS Adventure!
